When an animation company needed to return their leased design stations, they selected us to package and ship them to the U.S.	The shipment included 27 Octane design stations, and large monitors, valued at $814,000 (Canadian).
We used prefabricated foam inserts as well as foam-in-place inside each carton, and then added foam sheets to the pallets for extra protection.	We can create specialized interior cushioning for any item, no matter how fragile.
Foam-in-place starts out as a liquid that hardens around the item, creating a custom mold that immobilizes and cushions it.	A hardened foam-in-place mold is easy to unpack, unlike messy loose fill, and can be reused to ship the same equipment again.
