Being eco-friendly is not just a craze; it has evolved into a way of life. Now there are plentiful options and creative inventions to choose from for those trying to be environmentally conscious.
The STL Craft Mafia of St. Louis, Missouri is a prime example of sustaining a “green” lifestyle. Consisting of a variety of indie crafters, the group’s purpose is to support local artists. Part of their goal to spread environmental knowledge includes the “Green with Indie” arts and crafts show. The show will include local artists, vintage items, and other miscellaneous projects that are all “green” approved. Because all of the materials used are recycled goods, the projects are crafted with creativity and each item holds a unique appeal.
Vendors attending will be displaying pieces ranging from jewelry and handbags to pottery, antiques and paintings. For the opportunity to support local artists and learn about the advantages of choosing an ecological lifestyle, attend on March 10, 2012 from 10am-5pm. Some of the vendors will also be participating in gift basket donations as well as discounts to buyers who donate to The Upcycle Exchange.
While you are on your way to going green, let Navis be on their way to safely delivering your earth-friendly arts and crafts.
