Our Management Team Understands Franchise Ownership

 

Ben Blakeley, President and CEO
Ben Blakeley is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Navis. Prior to his current position, he served as the Director of Franchise Services in 2003-2004. In 2001-2002, he served as Director of Navis Logistics Solutions, the national sales division of Navis. Ben also owned a Navis Pack & Ship in Phoenix, Arizona from 1998 to 2004. During his hands-on experience as a franchisee, he implemented innovative operations and marketing methods that quickly made his franchise extremely successful. His vision and management savvy caught the eye of corporate management and paved the way for a swift rise to his current role as President/CEO. His clear vision and bold ideas now benefit the entire Navis franchise network. He has a BS in Business Management and an MBA.

 

Diane Pearce, Vice President of Operations
Diane Pearce has been with Navis Pack & Ship since 2002 and was promoted to Vice President of Operations in 2009. Diane oversees all the operation departments, including administration, support, training, Help Desk, declared value coverage, and IT. She also leads an internal staff to plan the national conferences. Diane has extensive management experience in diverse industries and successfully owned and operated her own pack and ship store for 11 years in a highly competitive market.

 

Kate Bailey, Vice President of Marketing
Kate Bailey has been with Navis Pack & Ship since 2007. Kate oversees all marketing initiatives for the organization, including website development, Internet advertising, lead generation programs, new business development, and communications. Prior to her position in Marketing, Kate served as the Vice President of Operations in 2009 and Director of Operations from 2007 - 2008. Before joining Navis, Kate served as Director of Non-Traditional Real Estate and Special Events Manager for Maui Wowi, Inc. from 2005 - 2007. From 1999 - 2005, Kate served as a Senior Marketing Manager for Urban Retail Properties. Kate has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing.

 

Cory Blackwood, Controller
Cory Blackwood joined Navis in 2007 as Controller. Prior to Navis, Cory served as Director of Operations and Controller at Maui Wowi, Inc. from 2001 - 2007. Prior to joining that company, Cory served as National Operations Manager for Lantech, Inc., a national computer network product reseller and systems integration company from 1991 - 2001.
