To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing this letter in regards to the outstanding customer service I received from Benjamin Heineman and Kevin Neary of the Skokie, IL Navis Pack & Ship Center. I purchased a 60" Wolf gas oven that weighs over a thousand pounds from a customer I did not know in the Chicago area and Ben and Kevin were kind enough to talk to me and the other party verifying all the details of the transaction (a sort of escrow account service they provided for the two of us). They both would send me email pictures of the stove when it arrived verifying that Navis had it in their possession and they were always available to talk to me when I called them answering all of my questions with respect, patience, and above all, professionalism. The stove arrived without a hitch and was packed superbly (Shipment ID 1010 NC#34487). I have never had better customer service in my life and this is actually the first letter of this nature I have ever written, so once again I must state that these two guys are of exceptional quality and you are lucky to have them working for Navis.

Both my husband and I were so impressed with how well things were packed.
Everything arrived in perfect condition. We have the cabinet in place and filled with glorious Danish dishes. Thank you both for your care of my things and for being helpful communicating with the local delivery people.
