Mr. Smith:
My four boxes arrived in excellent condition on Friday, January 4th. As you can see, I was not in any hurry to unpack them! I just got around to doing that this past Saturday and everything arrived in perfect condition. Your company is the absolute best shipping company I have ever used and I want to thank you for taking such good care of everything I entrusted to you. I highly recommend you to anyone who wants to use the very best!
With appreciation,

Dear Steve,
Again, Edgie and I want to Thank you and all the "team"....Bobby, Brier, and Christi for the wonderful way you handled our many problems when we closed out our house in Greensboro recently.
We made life difficult for you with our need for prompt action on a variety of projects....all having to be accomplished in short order. You moved our things to your facility, in stages, with Zero inconvenience for us...but plenty for the team!
Then you promptly packed and shipped a lot of furniture to New Hampshire in record time, arriving in perfect condition. Finally, you carefully packed the rest of our things and warehoused them at your facility until we gave the signal to ship to Florida. Again, that shipment arrived quickly, and without damaged of any kind.
All of the above was completed in a first class manner and in a timely fashion, exactly as promised.
Thanks Again

Thank you for being a preferring agent of mine. I do appreciate your business!
In the mailbag this week came from a reader of the Home-Pak solution.
He asks, "In de-cluttering my client's home, there are a few pieces they want to send to the kids, who live out of the area. Can you handle that as well?"
Great question! Yes, we can. So long as it's staying on the planet, we can get it there. The down side of shipping just a few pieces is that we do have a 1000 lb. minimum. So, if the sofa weighs 75 lbs, you still have to pay for 1000 lbs.
There is a more affordable solution, though. Introducing Navis Pack and Ship Centers. I work with Brier Gay at Navis on getting those small shipments handled. They specialize in shipments too large for UPS or FedEx, yet too small for City Transfer and Atlas to handle cost-effectively. They have a crating service, no minimums, can ship internationally, can provide All-risk coverage and love to handle FLAVs (Fragile, Large, Awkward and Valuable items)
I've had Brier handle a few small shipments for me and he makes me look like a hero everytime. They do a great job at what they do and I recommend them highly!

See you next week, and thanks for preferring me Ray.
Navis Pack and Ship has truly been the answer we needed. We had outgrown what little space we had for storing and packing, and when we looked into the cost of warehouse space and personnel it was daunting. Sure, we could have rented a garage at one of the U-Store-it lots and driven back and forth multiple times every day. We could have spent thousands on shelving and containers. We could have bought boxes of every conceivable size and shape as well and cushioning materials. We could have hired a part-time warehouse manager, and after all that, we would still be paying exorbitant rates with the major shippers since our volume is still not big enough to qualify for significant discounts.
Navis came to the rescue with an all-in-one fulfillment plan that included reasonably priced warehouse space, expertly organized shelving and processing, computer controlled inventory, PLUS lower shipping rates than we could have managed on our own. Thier experience with shipping everything from forklifts to fingernail clippers made the chioce an easy one.
