The packing and boxing was done excellently, and there were virtually no problems with any of the items as I unpacked them. The delay of a day in Boston was due, I understand, to the local company, and not the fault of Navis.

of his furniture to Las Vegas. The furniture arrived this past Friday in fine shape; in fact, the
pieces looked just as they did when we last saw them in San Antonio.

Please get this to whom ever needs to know. Jessica did a super job in customer service on
Friday, July 10th, for my family. The “Forwarder Company” was trying everything they knew
not to deliver the furniture to our professional daughter, who had taken a day of vacation
to receive it. They strongly insinuated there would be additional cost associated with their
required additional work and a delay in delivery.
Jessica responded in an excellent fashion and got them to promise to deliver the furniture
between 5 & 7pm if the semi could get in the condo area. She, I and our daughter must have
talked 7 – 8 times. But Jessica stayed communicated with the forwarder to get the job done!
Please make sure that Jessica gets some kudos for her excellent follow-up.
