I have been working with Navis Pack and Ship for a couple years now. They have great customer service! They respond to calls and emails in a timely manner, the guys who pick up the items are friendly and respectful. I would strongly recommend them!

Steve went over and above to ensure my distant purchase went smoothly... From payment to a private vendor for an item i had only seen in pictures, to packaging and shipping the item safely to its destination. Would definitely use them again!

From the initial phone conversation, to the pickup of our shipment, to the customer service, we were very satisfied with the professionalism exhibited.
