I had a rush ship instrument on a pallet that needed final preparations for shipment. The folks at Navis in Austin took me through the process of what I needed to know to finalize the preparation so it would be acceptable to both the shipper as well as the end customer. My expensive products were very well packed. The skid quality could have been better it had broken a bit. The items unharmed as they were very well protected.

Sam treated our carved wooden 9 ft rabbit like it was our treasured pet!! Cross country from MA to CA. Took pictures and held our hand all the way.

It was a very nice experience working with Sam Zaki, moving a lot of chemistry lab instruments and glassware from Boston to NC. He took very good care in packing all the items and worked with me closely to make sure I am satisfied as a customer with the process. We received all our items in great conditions with none of the glassware broken. I would highly recommend Sam Zaki's service to anyone looking for reasonably priced shipment of lab or other items. I had 2 pallets of antique furniture shipped. I was concerned about damage as some the items were fragile and irreplaceable. Everything was received in good order. I have one suggestion; the pallets were packed for warehouse storage. As a result they were too tall to fit in my garage. You might consider packing a shorter pallet for residential delivery.

A lot of issues with shipping overseas. Navis was very helpful in answering questions pertaining to paperwork. Initial crating and shipping took a little while to get moving but not a huge issue. Again, good customer service and helpful.

I would highly recommend Navis for your shipment needs. My contact person was Melanie Spear and she was fabulous with arranging my shipment. I was able to track my shipment online. My shipment was shipped from California to Ontario Canada and it arrived within two weeks. Everything about my experience was excellent. Thank you Navis!!

Navis was recommended to us by Mayflower as our move wasn't very large - they were professional and attentive. Their pricing seemed fair for the move and packing up of our items was impeccable! I would definitely use them again for local or inter-state moves - they made it all very easy!
