We were downsizing my MIL, and needed a full dining room set moved to a location about 6-7 hours away. The person I dealt with on the phone was great, they arrived for pick-up as promised, and the furniture arrived at destination in good shape, we had paid for white glove treatment. The major drawback, was that a month later it was still sitting at the warehouse in the original location. Finally after being pressed politely but firmly, they delivered it.

Pickup from the auction house was prompt, packing was very well done (exceptional), delivery time was a few days.

The only part of the transaction that I did not appreciate is the estimate I received without Navis having the merchandise. They estimate based on the invoice from the auction house one item at a time, not collectively as they should be, because they are all going in the same box. The first estimate told me I did not want to do business with this shipping company. When they actually had my merchandise in front of them and knew what they were packing collectively, the estimate was reduced by 40%. You can't give an accurate or guestimate if you measure and weigh each piece separately and price it, add it to the tally, and get a quote that's way too high. Navis needs to change their method(s) of estimating price.

Local site was real easy to work with, slightly different items then normal due to size of display needed to picked up, packed, shipped, delivered and unpacked. Customer was pleased on the receiving end

I ordered a crate they told me the crate would be done on Friday was done a day early.They did a great job helped with the loading and best price on the market.Keep up the good work.

We were very please with Navis Pack & Ship. All items (complete bedroom, living room, kitchen, misc. items) were stored over 6 months; the items were very well packed and delivered without damage. Highly recommended.

Good company to work with. The only drawbacks were a slightly cumbersome online approval process and styrofoam peanut packaging rather than reyclable.
