I had contracted Navis to pick and deliver some windows for me from a warehouse. The contents were loaded on the truck destined for my home. When they arrived however, the windows were not the ones I ordered, but rather another order that had mistakenly been placed on the truck. The driver immediately went about solving the problem. The next day the issue was resolved, I received my windows..

We had three fine oil paintings shipped to an artist friend for safekeeping. He called when they arrived and said, "These guys really know what they are doing. You could have shipped the Mona Lisa in these crates!" Enough said. He will reuse the crates to ship his work to NYC for an upcoming show!

We had an order we bid on and needed picked up and packed up for our company's freight pick up. Navis was very responsive with getting back to us with quote and taking care of packing in a timely manner. When the machine arrived, we found it to be very well packaged. We would definitely use Navis again, when the opportunity arises as well as recommend their services!

The Motorcycle Hall of Fame contacted Navis Pack & Ship to assist with packaging and shipping parts from a 50 year old motorcycle to a restoration shop.
