We had three fine oil paintings shipped to an artist friend for safekeeping. He called when they arrived and said, "These guys really know what they are doing. You could have shipped the Mona Lisa in these crates!" Enough said. He will reuse the crates to ship his work to NYC for an upcoming show!

I was completely happy with my Navis shipment experience. The price was decent, Navis was clear about the process, communicated well at each stage, and I felt I was in experienced hands for my type of shipment. I was shipping an older chest that's somewhat fragile and has a lot of sentimental value. It arrived unscathed.

We had an order we bid on and needed picked up and packed up for our company's freight pick up. Navis was very responsive with getting back to us with quote and taking care of packing in a timely manner. When the machine arrived, we found it to be very well packaged. We would definitely use Navis again, when the opportunity arises as well as recommend their services!

Very courteous service; was presently surprised that there wasn't any glitches and everything went as stated. Very surprised at how quickly the shipment arrived.

The Motorcycle Hall of Fame contacted Navis Pack & Ship to assist with packaging and shipping parts from a 50 year old motorcycle to a restoration shop. Navis had great customer service, and took great care in packing everything. We heard rave reviews from the restoration shop when they unpacked the parts! Thank You!

Pretty easy to work with. Got it shipped with no problems and it was an expensive piece. I did ask for a cost sheet on their services as I would like to use them as our receiver for furniture we get for clients and to deliver but I have not received that information. Dont know if they do all that.
