Was extremely worried about the safety of the contents! But when I received my shipments, wow!! This is the most professional company I've ever dealt with when it comes to packing and shipping those items that you really wish you could hand carry yourself!

The team at Navis Pack & Ship were great to work with recently. They ensured the chair they shipped from MD to AZ would arrive safely and NOT damaged. My chair arrived in great condition, and ahead of schedule. I started working with Bruce 1st, and he couldn't have been more helpful with my order. Along the way I talked with other team members, and they ALL were GREAT help. Each of them know their jobs, and their customer service skills are an A+. I inherited a priceless WWII artifact when my Dad passed away that had no better place to be shown that at the National Marine Corps Museum in Quantico, VA. I dropped off the artifact with Navis and they boxed it up, shipped it, and delivered it to the Museum without incident. I was able to track the shipment every step of the way. I would absolutely use their services again and would recommend them without reservation to anyone needing to Pack & Ship anything.

I quickly learned something with this Company... There's no need to worry. Your Items arrive as you hope they should do (unlike many others that i've used) so I use Navis again and again. Second time using Navis. Was pleased with office response, transit time, etc. However, the previous packing job was far better, using bubble wrap scraps or foam to fill empty spaces, etc. No packing materials were used in this shipment. Also, whoever packed the books had little concept of packing for a 650 mile journey. Several books were damaged as a result of this poor packing. Not a terrible experience, but not as happy as I was after the first shipment.
