I have been meaning to contact you folks. I have nothing but accolades for your company. The organ arrived and the delivery guy was great enough to, with our assistance, push the two pallets into the garage.
The wrapping was exquisite! I am amazed how professionally the wrapping was done and the care that was taken in "boxing" the organ, speakers, and pedalboard. In addition there was no damage to any of the components.
Frankly, in addition to the fact that the organ, being 21 years of age, looks and sounds as if it has seen little use in these many years, it is hard to believe that it arrived with absolutely no damage!

Dealing with Navis was like dealing with a close friend. With other estimates as high as $5800, they shipped my antique wagon to Anchorage Alaska for under $1800.

Delivery was on time, they communicated well, nothing broken, well packed. I was surprised to learn upon delivery that they do not bring it in the house. They left it in the garage.

I recently had some sensitive laboratory equipment packed and shipped via Navis Pack and Ship. The items were packed extremely well and were not damaged in shipping. I would certainly recommend them to any colleagues looking to ship fragile items.
Their customer service was also excellent, and all communication (phone/Email) was informative and friendly.
