The packing is excellent, however the delivery was delayed due to logistic of equipment (truck with a lift).

Everything from customer service to picking up an antique desk, packing shipping and delivering went perfectly every step of the way. Could not have done anything better. Very very impressed!

Large, bulky but delicate package was delivered safely to its destination. It was not a time-sensitive delivery, so we did not mind it took longer to get delivered than originally promised. However, it was slightly confusing that the website indicated that delivery had been made but really it was just handed off to a local delivery company. It took two additional days for the actual delivery.
Finally, we would recommend that the whomever you ship with does all the packing. It seems that NAVIS opened the package that was boxed by FEDEX and that caused some confusion on our end.

We asked for a large photo to be crated. Bob, Carol and the entire team both very experienced, professional, friendly and helpful. The whole entire process was seamless. I would highly recommend them.

This was my first time using Navis and I found them very good. Easy to accommodate my packing and shipping needs for items our company bought at an auction. Two of the three items have arrived in great shape. Crating/packing was great! Will use again.

My company had to ship bulky and irregularly shaped crates containing sensitive electronic assemblies. Bob worked with me over several days to provide the right truck, best route, and necessary equiment to get the items shipped on-time. And all with less than a week turn around! Great Customer Service! I will use them again.

I have used this delivery service for the second time now. Both times the delivery team has been efficient and careful of the historic building they deliver in. They are great about moving around the delivery into the desired location without complaint.

We just started using Navis Pack & Ship for receiving and delivery of furnishings to our clients. So far, they are doing a great job of promptly letting us know when items arrive, keeping us in the loop of damaged items, and delivering items with few problems. We are very happy with their service!

I am very pleased with Navis' helpfulness and prompt service. I needed a shipment palletized and shipped overnight on very short notice and Bob Gray helped me get everything out and delivered on time with no issue. The pick up crew was right on time and helped get everything on the truck. Very satisfied!
