The Navis crew arrived on time and introduced themselves at my door. The three of them worked quickly and efficiently moving furniture and boxes from one floor in our house to another in preparation for a project. I would highly recommend them.

Navis picked up my items from my home, professionally packed them and delivered them in a timely manner. No lugging all of items to the store. It was seamless!

The entire process of needing to crate 7 large and heavy statues was both pleasant and efficient, from beginning to end. Their response time was a very fast turnaround from getting me the initial quote, emailing answers to my questions, coming out to do measurements, to building the crates and finally delivering the crates to our home, packing the statues into the crates, building braces on site to make sure nothing moves and putting protective packing around each statue. I was also surprised when the bid included loading and delivering the crates to our storage unit! Then, at my last minute request, they transported a huge painting back to our home, that was inside our storage unit. This move was not included in the bid but they did it out of the goodness of their heart. I will definitely be using them again to make crates and pack all the artwork paintings off the walls, before our actual move. I either met with, or dealt with, four different people, including the owners, throughout this entire process and everyone was very friendly, careful, and knew what they were doing.

All aspects of the packing and shipping were handled professionally and well done. Couldn't be more happy with the service — keep up the good work.
