White Glove Delivery Services in Los Angeles

Navis Pack & Ship in Los Angeles now offers Residential, Commercial & Hospitality White Glove RWI (Receiving, Warehousing & Installation) Designer Services.

Here’s how it works:

1. Set up an account with us.
2. Either the designer or the client orders tables, chairs, lamps, fine art, rugs or other home of office décor.
3. The items are shipped to Navis in Los Angeles at our White Glove Warehouse. This warehouse is separate from our operations involving box and crate building, allowing us to ensure a clean environment for the items we receive.
4. Once the items have arrived at our warehouse, we inspect and document any visible damage to the cartons before releasing the delivering agent. We upload this info, pictures (if damaged) and Bill of Lading to a personalized Cloud that only you and Navis-COMMERCE have access to.
5. This Spreadsheet not only keeps track of what has arrived, when it arrived, its condition, its location in our warehouse, daily tracking of what your current costs are, it also keeps track of the estimated monthly costs if items were to stay in the warehouse for the remainder of the month.
6. The designer or client arranges delivery with Navis in either our 26’ or 16’ freight delivery truck.
7. Marble dining room tables, exotic and international chairs, we can do it all.

We also provide this delivery service for boutique hotels, furniture stores, and new commercial buildings as they stage a sample office suite or residential units for leasing.
