Navis always does a great job shipping to me in Canada

I recently suffered the tragic loss of my beloved Mother.
Sadly , she lived in Toronto , Canada and I reside in California.
I have no family and was alone sorting through her 91 years of life.
It was a surreal and overwhelming experience and I was at a loss as to the logistics of shipping family heirlooms and precious memorabilia.
Fortunately I was given the name of Nevis owned by Bernice and Ray Friedman .
They treated me as family from the moment of the consult with Ray to the numerous dealings of forms, fees, customs with Bernice.
They offered me a shoulder when I felt alone and grief stricken.
The shipping process was as smooth and simple as one could wish.
The packing, the delivery , the contacts ( Nevis receiver) were top quality .
The fees were reasonable and well worth the cost.
I have given their contact info to senior residences in Toronto and made a referral to a family friend in Vancouver.
I am extremely pleased with the five star treatment I was given by the Friedman’s and their Nevis franchise.

We struggled to find an international shipper that could get product from Canada to Germany and delivered to the end user. Navis was the answer! Linda was great to work with. She was quick to respond and answer my questions. When she was away, Ray was quick to reply on her behalf. I felt well informed and the process, that seemed difficult at the onset, was quickly made easy and the end result was exactly what we needed. Linda also communicated to me throughout the process so I knew exactly where my product was until it reached its final destination. I highly recommend Navis and their team!

I had a wonderful experience with Navis, especially with Linda, who was very helpful and understanding with my situation. That goes too with the delivery men. I cannot say more as I am very appreciative of the good customer service I have experienced. Kudos to all involved. Thank you too the Packaging Store in Glendale, California who recommended Navis. I had 4 large skids of furniture and household goods recently shipped from Toronto to Carefree Arizona. Everything arrived in perfect condition and a timely manner. The packaging by the Navis team in the Woodbridge Ontario location was done with care and respect.
Marisa answered all my questions, understood my anxiety over the care of my items and helped ease my concerns. I was kept informed of my shipments whereabouts and everything sailed through without a hitch. I highly recommend this company!
