We are a company that buys and sells used equipment and we recently won several bids at an auction in the Southern California area. We called Alan with Navis Pack and Ship as we are located several hundred miles away and he told us that he would take care of everything for us. After exchanging a few emails Alan had our equipment picked up and then brought to his facility for packaging. Within a day or two the packaged items were shipped and delivered to our facility. Upon receiving them we found that Alan and his crew had done an excellent job on packaging and everything arrived without a scratch. We would highly recommend Alan with Navis Pack and Ship for your shipping needs.

I typically call Craters & Freighters, but thanks to YRC freight for recommending you! You will be the first Pack & Ship service in my directory to call for the next time! Communicating with Alan Moore at NAVIS gave me faith that this would get down efficiently and fit in my budget. There is no comparison with your competitors, this was my first time working with NAVIS, and I was beyond pleased with the communication, efficient process of picking-up, packaging and shipping the product to me.

I had to ship an antique chest of drawers from Laguna Beach, California to Anchorage, Alaska. The two men who picked up the chest were polite, professional and careful of my family heirloom. They assured me that the chest would get the best of care. Alan Moore was a pleasure to work with and kept me up to date on the status of the shipment. It arrived on time and undamaged. The local delivery representatives were very impressed with how well the chest was packed.

Alan did a fantastic job packing and shipping a large framed (with glass - not plexiglass) piece of artwork that was a gift for my son and daughter-in-law. I got the frame to Navis the afternoon of 12/18. I never expected it would be delivered to KY before Christmas, but Alan got it wrapped, double boxed and shipped by the next morning and it actually got delivered on 12/23! Alan handled the whole transaction very professionally and my item got to its destination without any damage. Thank you Alan!!
