Shipping equipment requires packing expertise to ensure it gets to its destination safely. At Navis Pack & Ship, we go through a series of steps to ensure your valuable electronic, medical or technology equipment is packaged appropriately. Navis Pack & Ship of Philadelphia recently packaged wire bonding machines purchased at a local auction by a customer in Korea. Franchise Operator Peter Michaelson provided detailed photographs of the process to pack one wire framing machine from start to finish. This includes building a reinforced pallet using ISPM-15 compliant materials required for international freight, interior cushioning with blocking and bracing of moving parts, and building a custom corrugated container. Navis Pack & Ship will also be coordinating the international shipping of the machines to Korea.
