I got three quotes for the same pallet-load of household goods. Navis had the best communications and the best price. Their pickup team arrived a bit late but took care of everything. On arrival the pallet had been very well packaged & marked and nothing was damaged. They even followed up with a phone call to ensure our satisfaction.

Navis provided crating for overseas shipping preparation for some electrical control cabinets. They did a fine job at a reasonable cost. Their support staff were responsive to our requests and knowledgeable regarding the do's and don't of securing our product.

They are the BEST! Not only are they dependable, the time they say they are picking & delivering is exact, not one single piece that we have shipped ever arrived damaged.
When I ask for an immediate unforeseen urgent pick-up & delivery they always come through. That's why I call them the Miracle Workers!
I am always notified by phone or email when our shipment has been delivered.
It's a Personal Customer Service Business that just doesn't exist anymore. We will use no one but NAVIS, EVER!

Thanks for sturdy packaging of my mother's chair and art, both arrived safe and sound as promised. Truck driver was happy to help wheel the pallet to our garage.
