Navis packed two moderately sized painting (framed with glass) that they picked up from a local auction house. This would be five stars except that they seemed to be overwhelmed and disorganized taking more than three weeks, multiple phone calls and emails, to get these relatively small lots out the door. Everytime I spoke with the NAVIS POC I had the feeling the problem was solved. Until it finally got shipped.
I am willing to view this as a "one off" and would get a quote from them again, but this is the reason for 4 stars.
