They picked up and packed a 1977 Pin Ball machine in Columbus Ohio and shipped it to Phoenix Arizona. They did a GREAT JOB packing and crating the machine!!!

Arlene and the Austin team did an amazing job for us. Saved me a trip to Austin from Hawaii. They were courteous, professional, and got the job done well within the time promised. No hidden charges. Not false promises. They know what they are doing. Needless to say, our crate arrived in Hawaii safe and sound. The item was intact and packed better than that of the manufacturer of the item.

We struggled to find an international shipper that could get product from Canada to Germany and delivered to the end user. Navis was the answer! Linda was great to work with. She was quick to respond and answer my questions. When she was away, Ray was quick to reply on her behalf. I felt well informed and the process, that seemed difficult at the onset, was quickly made easy and the end result was exactly what we needed. Linda also communicated to me throughout the process so I knew exactly where my product was until it reached its final destination. I highly recommend Navis and their team!

Would have preferred a inventory by marking the items at time of shipping to be able validate receipt at the destination.
For some reason boxes were damp which weakened the box integrity. Had water inside of some boxes . It was odd.
