We needed a shipment sent that day and they came through in the clutch. They said they would be able to pick it up, shrink wrap it and ship it out for us. Great Service from the dispatcher -to the follow up team, Driver was on time and had excellent customer service. -FACEBOOK DC

Sirs After some running around caused by Fedex' amalgamation with TNT in Australia (and not Navis' fault) I received my shipment from you today. You had done a truly excellent job in packing it in a wooden box and I am delighted with your service and your keen pricing. It was ceramic tile that I needed to be packaged and I thought it would take a long time but it did not, we had a response within days and the shipment was ready!

A framed painting purchased at an auction was superbly packed and arrived safely without breakage. The cardboard carton was a heavier stock than usual; the painting and frame were encased in smaller bubble wrap twice; and the whole package was then cushioned with more bubble wrap. The carton was stapled shut and then taped along the seams. Beautiful job: neat, thorough and careful. Even better, there were no plastic peanuts, the bane of any packaging.

Picked up and shipped my lot without any problems. Cost was reasonable fr the size of the item shipped. I would use Navis again.
