As someone who began her work life 20-plus years ago in retail at 15, and trained well, I've been increasingly disappointed over the years in the rapid degeneration of genuinely good customer service by companies who manipulatively go out of their way to advertise the opposite. And after living in NYC I found this to be exaserpatingly truer. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service I received from your representatives: from the woman who took my order (I forget her name now, but she was very kind and helpful each time we spoke on the phone), to the nice and helpful gentlemen who picked up my order in Astoria Queens (who were late arriving the pickup, but very much made up for it by being super nice and helpful during a stressful moving morning), right on down to the equally kind and helpful man who delivered it in Framingham, MA. All this and pleasantly for less cost than I was expecting! One almost feels hope for the continuing life of genuinely great customer service in a terrible customer service world! Thank to the Navis Team who participated in my transaction!

Very honest. Admitted to some minor damages in the delivery and had already arranged to have the repairs done, before I even had to ask.

We shipped an antique stitching pony....odd shape and precious to us. Came in perfect shape due to Navis knowing just how to package it right...

Navis responded quickly and gave positive customer service. Accepted a bulky item to ship, packaged it up securely at a reasonable cost. Stayed in touch with me throughout the process.

Very responsive to questions, furniture well packaged upon delivery. Severe weather contributed to delay in delivery which caused me some anxiety or would be 5 stars

I had a rush ship instrument on a pallet that needed final preparations for shipment. The folks at Navis in Austin took me through the process of what I needed to know to finalize the preparation so it would be acceptable to both the shipper as well as the end customer. I used Navis Pack and Ship to move an antique dresser from the suburbs of Chicago to a rather remote area of New Mexico. I could not have been more pleased with the service, packaging and freight arrangements.

They came into the warehouse on a day they were closed to meet me and receive my items for shipping. The items were transported across the country promptly and arrived intact. Highly recommend.
