I had two items shipped including an antique grandfather clock. The way these items were packed was absolutely amazing! I say nearly perfect because there was a small piece of tape on the clock face that actually pulled some of the paint off the face when I removed it. This was still a great experience however and I will gladly recommend Navis Pack and Ship.

Dave at Navis was on top of it! Excellent follow up and stayed in touch through out the process and even did a full recovery when we through him a fast ball. The job ended up being a lot more than we had dispatched and they pulled it all together and kept it at a reasonable rate. I highly recommend them for pick up and crating needs.

Have dealt with Navis Pack and Ship (Greenbrier location) for the last couple years now on a wide range of items from airplane propellers to refrigerant to automobile tires and reel to reel machines. Cherie, the owner, runs an excellent group of friendly yet knowledge individuals (yea I'm talking about you Tracey and Mark!) that go above and beyond to find me the best price on shipping and make sure that whatever i'm shipping both myself and the recipient have full confidence it will arrive safely. Even in the event something negative were to occur (which it hasn't thus far), I trust Navis will be in my corner in order to fix any shipping related situation.

Absolutely a great job!!! Shipping was prompt and the items arrived in great shape. I was astounded at the care of packing..including building shipping crates, padding, the works. I highly recommend you for any shipping.

I went to Navis to have some very fragile antiques shipped across the country. While not extremely valuable, they have great sentimental value having been in our family for many generations. I was vey concerned that on the 2,800 mile trip the glass might shatter and the delicate wood splinter. Navis packed them so well that the crate could have been dropped off the truck and nothing would have happened. Needless to day they arrived in perfect condition. You do pay for this as perfection to come inexpensively, but for articles that are priceless, Navis is the only way to ship. In addition, it is really a pleasure to do business with them as they are very accommodating and professional.

Family heirlooms had migrated from East to West . . . and needed to be returned to the next generation -- in the East. We chose NAVIS on the recommendation of a niece who had a good experience. We were not disappointed! The antique grandfather clock and marble-topped table are both gracing their new home. We also recommend NAVIS for shipping needs.

We needed a server rack shipped on short notice. Navis and Josh in particular really stepped up. It was extremely heavy and difficult to move but Josh did a great job. Server rack arrived within 2 days and was in perfect condition.
I would definitely recommend Navis to all my colleagues and friends.
