Great customer service! We ordered two items from a private party and needed a company to disassemble, pack and ship. Communication was superb, packing was excellent with no damage. Service was worth the price paid.
Navis quickly answered my request for a quote, other responders took days and lost out. They seemed a little expensive but the quality of the packing materials and the care they took justified that in spades. Communication was excellent. The overall time to get the package to me (2 weeks) was a little long, but ultimately I would use them again.
All together a very good experience. We had a quick reply to our request for a quote for shipment to UK from Bruce Thomas. We were kept up to date with progress of collection and preparations of the shipment.
All paperwork was completed as requested so no hiccups at customs and the packing was great.
