I recently suffered the tragic loss of my beloved Mother.
Sadly , she lived in Toronto , Canada and I reside in California.
I have no family and was alone sorting through her 91 years of life.
It was a surreal and overwhelming experience and I was at a loss as to the logistics of shipping family heirlooms and precious memorabilia.
Fortunately I was given the name of Nevis owned by Bernice and Ray Friedman .
They treated me as family from the moment of the consult with Ray to the numerous dealings of forms, fees, customs with Bernice.
They offered me a shoulder when I felt alone and grief stricken.
The shipping process was as smooth and simple as one could wish.
The packing, the delivery , the contacts ( Nevis receiver) were top quality .
The fees were reasonable and well worth the cost.
I have given their contact info to senior residences in Toronto and made a referral to a family friend in Vancouver.
I am extremely pleased with the five star treatment I was given by the Friedman’s and their Nevis franchise.

Just to let you know the harp (and the rest) arrived here in Virginia this morning. It looks beautiful in it's adoptive home and I am grateful for the care you took in sending the items. The two men who made the delivery were polite, on time, and very kind.

We had the best experience with every order that we placed. Arlene was always on top of thing and gave the best service even when I had several request changes. My shipments arrived early or on time and my clients were ecstatic. Definitely would refer Navis Pack and Ship to anyone who needs prompt service and a great attitude towards helping people.... excellent customer service.

These guys listened to my needs, and perfectly executed the solution. They packed and shipped my item, and had it to me next business day. The item was packet very well. Could not ask for better service.

I purchased a bed for a 1988 Toyota pick up from Rancho Cordova California but needed it shipped to Buffalo New York - about a 2500 mile journey. I contacted Shawn at Navis Pack and Ship in Rancho Cordova to see if he could help me. He handled the pick up of the box from the parts dismantler yard and worked with me on how we could make sure it made it to Buffalo without damage. They picked up the box and took it to their location, made an adequate shipping pallet and protected EVERYTHING!!!! When I picked up the box from the trucking company dock, all the workers were amazed at the packing job and commented that all the Navis Pack and Ship freight comes in completely protected. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has something to get from point A to point B - you won't be disappointed from my experience!!!
