Alan did a fantastic job packing and shipping a large framed (with glass - not plexiglass) piece of artwork that was a gift for my son and daughter-in-law. I got the frame to Navis the afternoon of 12/18. I never expected it would be delivered to KY before Christmas, but Alan got it wrapped, double boxed and shipped by the next morning and it actually got delivered on 12/23! Alan handled the whole transaction very professionally and my item got to its destination without any damage. Thank you Alan!!

They handled the entire process from beginning to end. Picked up my items professionally pacjed them and sent tracking info as doon as tbe package left. They even sent me pics of the finished package! Thanks to the whole team at Navis!

I wanted to send my compliments from the Olli install team who all were wildly impressed by the incredible packing and shipping work they found when they uncrated the Olli today.
They (and I) are now looking ahead to what happens next. We of course have kept the crate and want to ship it back in exactly the same level of care that it was sent. Is there return shipping documentation in the crate it came in? Can any of you provide me with the shipping details I need to make sure it gets crated back up and shipped back out to the right address on Thursday at the end of show without any delays or problems?
I definitely want to do right by your team and look forward to helping make sure this asset gets shipped out at the end of show in perfect working order.

Our company had Navis Pack & Ship take care of packing & shipping out a piece of office equipment from the U.S. to Canada. They were so helpful with all the customs documentation and walked me through the entire process of which I was unfamiliar. They are great to work with and I will definitely use their services anytime I need to ship something!!!!

Having never purchased anything at auction requiring crating and shipping, I was uncertain how to proceed. However, the personnel at Navis picked up, crated and shipped the item without incident. When I uncrated the item, I was pleasantly surprised by the obvious care given my item, as well as the forethought in keeping the crate as functional, lightweight and small as possible to avoid shipping charge overages. I was very pleased with Navis Pack and Ship, I would recommend them, and I would use them again in the future.
