Carrier dropped the ball and had the crate at the destination for 2 days longer than scheduled after assuring that it would go out as scheduled. Great job by your crew! You were very accommodating for us who have had no previous experience with truck shipments.

Very good rapport with Navis staff, excellent packaging. Only problem was delivery was UPS express and I had requested UPS standard.

Package arrived in great condition and on time. Every aspect of the process went smoothly. I couldn’t be happier!

Ross at Navis was extremely professional and total understanding of our needs. Everything we needed was done to excess of our expectations. A perfect professional job with perfect results. I wish Fedex and UPS were as good as Navis!!
