I ordered a crate they told me the crate would be done on Friday was done a day early.They did a great job helped with the loading and best price on the market.Keep up the good work.

The final product was great and worth the price. Initially, they were very responsive, but the eventual ship date occurred later than I would have liked.

I cannot say enough about the staff at the Hempstead, NY location. They were incredibly friendly, so helpful and magnificently professional in the handling and knowledge of the artwork I was shipping. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Truly the most professional packing and shipping company I have ever worked with in over 15 years of shipping artwork for my gallery.

What an excellent setup with fast and friendly service. I was concerned with having several plastic bins with contents that are irreplaceable that needed to be shipped several states away so instead of shipping each one individually I took them to Navis Pack and Ship and after looking over their facility with all of the supplies they had along with making all of their own custom boxes I could clearly tell they know what they’re doing since they do this all the time so I felt assured everything would make it there with no issues. All of my plastic bins had been carefully packed onto a single pallet for it all to arrive in the same condition I gave it to them in. So any future plans of shipping large items they will be the first ones I contact, so I don't have do any of guess work myself. Thanks for a job well done!!

I had to ship an antique chest of drawers from Laguna Beach, California to Anchorage, Alaska. The two men who picked up the chest were polite, professional and careful of my family heirloom. They assured me that the chest would get the best of care. Alan Moore was a pleasure to work with and kept me up to date on the status of the shipment. It arrived on time and undamaged. The local delivery representatives were very impressed with how well the chest was packed.
