Everyone very professional and courteous. Received my shipment in wonderful condition. I didn't have a clue how to do this but I explained my needs and they rolled with my request. They picked my items up and built a 14 foot crate to ship my items. Everything was received in great condition! If I ever have to ship again, I will definitely call Navis Pack and Ship. I would give them a higher rating than excellent if one existed. One very happy, satisfied customer.

I was under a deadline and Navis got my shipment packed and shipped as soon as they received it. I couldn’t have been more pleased.

I had a great experience working with Navis. Especially because Aisha Washington who works at the Navis Pack & Ship in Hempstead, NY was exceptional in her customer service. I'm new to buying auction items and having them shipped to our company. Alisha helped me under a very short time frame and facilitated everything. As a Business Owner and Manager, it's rare to find people with the intellect & drive to go above and beyond to help the customer.

The driver was courteous. I was informed of where my package when it was picked up, two hours out, and when it was delivered. Out server was delivered in great condition and we were able to go live as planned. Nice!

We contacted Navis through a recommendation from the auctioneer that we purchased an item from. From the first step to the delivery we were thrilled with the level of professionalism that we were treated to. The package (a very fragile old airplane movie prop) would have survived a tornado. We are thrilled and would absolutely use their services again.

The merchants at Navis were extremely helpful in giving us a cost-effective and quick shipment method. They met all of our shipping needs and were timely with their pick-up and delivery. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them in the future!

I called Gregg, he came out the same day to look at our shipment. He sent me a quote and came back the next day to pick up our items. He returned the completed crate in a couple of days. Service was amazing as always.

When shipping paintings, from a deceased artist, that are irreplaceable, to destinations around the world, our responsibility to the artists' legacy is immense.
